Terms and Conditions of Rental
Party leader on the rental agreement must be 21 years of age
Booking is only confirmed when 20% deposit has been received
The guest agrees to pay the rental fee agreed upon by the due date, 60 days before arrival
It is understood that all damages will be charged direct to the lead rentor. Details of credit
card will be taken.
(If you have any issues with damages when you arrive, please call our management company,
their number is available in the kitchen area)
You may check in after 4pm and check out by 10am. If an early in or late check out is
required an additional fee will be imposed and must be confirmed at time of booking. If the
property is occupied before or after the agreed checking in/out time, a fee will be charged
direct to the lead rentor.
It is understood that the property is rented self-catering
Sorry no pets are allowed
This property is non-smoking
We do not accept liability for lost or stolen property of any guests during their stay
We the owners or our management company accept no liability for personal loss or injury
during the stay of guests
We accept no liability for acts of violence, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, nature, riot or
other major forces
Rentors are advised to take or insurance to cover cancellation, accident, sickness or damage
If you have to cancel your rental agreement the following will apply,
20% Deposit is non-refundable
30 days prior to arrival- 50% of balance refunded
60 days prior to arrival -100% of balance refunded
By sending your completed booking form back you agree to the above terms and conditions
